Munchkin, Mini and Menlo Madness Camps offer one of the most talented and enthusiastic groups of counselors you will encounter. With our small counselor to camper ratio, the kids get to know the staff and receive individualized attention to their needs. The majority of our counselors are college students attending some of the top colleges nationwide and many are returning staff from previous years. They just can’t get enough! All counselors endure a rigorous hiring process, are selected from a large pool of applicants, and are Livescan fingerprinted. The week prior to camp is dedicated to an intensive week-long staff training where they practice their facilitation skills, receive certification in CPR, AED , and First Aid, prepare themselves for responding to emergencies, and partake in many teambuilding activities. A deep-rooted passion for working with kids is a MUST for all of our staff. The team is multi-talented with various skill sets. They are a collection of Art Aficionado’s, Dodgeball Enthusiasts, Extreme Bakers, Musicians & Improv actors, and all of them bring the element of fun to summer! Our staff is the heart of our program and we expect nothing but the best from them!
